Product Description:

Our foam blocks are made from a sturdy, scratch resistant foam. Each block has a beveled edge for added comfort. You will find these blocks to be very strong and durable, and yet incredibly lightweight and comfortable. Foam blocks lend support and extension to yoga postures. They provide the support and/or height needed to do poses safely and effectively. When placed under the hips, hands, heels, or between the hands, they provide the stability and grounding needed to extend fully.

A little disappointed
The product arrived in adequate time and in good condition. I was a little surprised when I opened the package though. Per the discription that was listed with the product, this looked like it was going to be a set of yoga blocks. When I opened the package it was only one. Had I known that it was just one block instead of multiple I would have bought it at the local Target. So if you are looking to only get one. I would suggesst that you look at a local store first, as the cost would have been the same cost for me, minus the shipping cost.

Wonderful For Workout
These blocks are the perfect size for use in yoga for me.

They are easy to move and position and comfortable and a definate help for poses. Good price too.

Perfect for Yoga at Home
These are a must for anyone doing yoga at home. I had a set that came with a basic yoga kit, but they were too narrow and light weight. If you're serious about yoga, these are a must.

Yoga block
Received this product right away. It is great and just what I wanted. I like the assortment of colors.
