I want my soup
It is Feb 16 2008 and my fish soup was "sent" by UPS in January 2008. Never came to site, no delivery slips, meanwhile our Corporation received dozens of UPS parcels every week.
Those who care for customers could have overnighted my fish soup 17 times already.
And I am still hungry.... No info on reimbursement or re-sending of my soup order as of today.
