Beginning Workout
The Beginning Callenetics DVD that I just purchased was for me to get started again on this program that I worked with more than 10 years ago. I was happy with the DVD, but surprised that the instructor and her students do not appear to have changed much from the first tape I purchased quite awhile ago. I expected more updates but was pleased to see how this DVD helped me get started on a great work out program.

Beginning Callanetics
I like the video and it gave me incentive to continue doing the exercises, especially since I am 73 and Callan's mother is on the video doing the exercises.

I am one that needs motavation. This will help me a lot.
