Product Description:

The Black Widow roof rack storage basket is great for carrying camping gear, luggage, and utility loads. Tubular side rails prevent the load from shifting and provide great attaching points for a cargo net. Standard dimensions are 39" wide x 42" long x 4.5" tall. It is treated with an E-coat process then finished with a durable black powder coating. It mounts to factory roof racks or multi-sport rack systems such as Yakima and Thule. Easy installation takes only minutes.

Fast shipping and easy installation.
Shipping was not free, but it was fast. The installation instructions were very basic but I suppose they were adequate because it only took about 15 minutes for a one-person installation. There was no drilling and no permanent mounting. In fact, now that it's fastened to my roof rack, it can be removed in a few seconds by removing the crossbars. It is on a 2007 Ford Escape with factory roof rack and crossbars. All required hardware was included and no tools were necessary. My only concern is the connection between the two halves of the basket. I wish it was a little stronger because I fear that if I put a heavy load in the center it may bend. But I think it would take a load heavier than the 200lb maximum they state.
