Great Juicer
I bought this item on a recommendation of a friend. I am new to juicing and wanted to make a purchase on something easy to use and tough enough to handle volume.
I am very impressed with this juicer and this brand. I am now looking to purchase to a blender from Breville as well. Rating:

Failed after 2.5 months.
The juicer is excellent when it's functional. It's somewhat quiet and extremely powerful. During the last attempted run, it suddenly failed. The LCD panel lit but did not display digits or any other information.
I called customer service on the day the product failed. The agent was very professional, and so was the response: a brand new replacement. Rating:

Great Juicer....So Far So Good!
I owned another juicer that looked very similar to this one but was less expensive. I read the reviews on this and thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I love the different speeds on this, and the handbook provided has a list of vegetables and at what speed to set the machine with each kind. That is very helpful. One of the biggest differences between this and my older machine is that I use a lot less vegetables to get the same amount of juice. I will have made up the difference in the cost of the machine in no time just off the money I'm saving on fruits and veggies...what a pleasant and unexpected surprise that was! Rating:
