Champion Kickboard is as good as its name!
This is an excellent kickboard. I had to search everywhere to find the same one as my son's swim instructor. It really helps to teach the proper positioning for a beginner. The handles helped my son get a good tight grip on the board and I felt he was safe.

just ok
We got this for a family trip to Hawaii. It worked well for our youngest son who weighs next to nothing in the very salty and easy to float in water. The hand holes make holding it very easy but also take away foatation because water comes through as soon as you add weight. TRICKY! It is better in salt water and I used it to feel more confident when I snorkeled far out from shore, in case I got tierd and I liked it,but NO way should it be counted on to help prevent drowning for a child, just doesn't provide enough float! Next to worthless at the lake and pool!

Champion Kickboard - Champion!
This is a great training tool for anyone looking to get a good workout at the pool. the various handles on the board allow for a number of different ways to help with arm strengthening and/or back strengthening. It's lightwieght and easy to carry. Would be great for all ages.

Money Well Spent
I am totally loving this kickboard. Even the color is awsome (it's a shade darker than baby blue) the additional gribs makes it possible for me to be even more effective in teaching my daughter how to swim.

I recommend this board highly to anyone learning to swim as it makes it possible for you to stay afloat and still have movement of your arms.

Works as advertised!
I am a novice swimmer who was looking for a way to exercise my legs more while swimming. This kickboard serves that purpose well. I bought the blue version of the board.... I read that they come in different sizes. The board has a variety of different grips and works well. I would recommend this item!
