frozen yogurt heaven
The cuisinart ice cream maker is the most used kitchen electric appliance in our house - we make frozen yogurt in it as frequently as every day or two. The ice cream maker is a great product.

The extra bowl allows us to always have the ice cream maker available without having to worry about whether the bowl has been sufficiently frozen. For frozen yogurt (and ice cream) lovers, this is a great addition.

wonderful and easy
I bought one of these four years ago and haven't stopped using it since I purchased it. I later purchased an extra freezer bowl so we could keep two kinds of ice cream on hand. This machine is well built, reliable, easy to clean and runs QUIETLY. It is easy to operate, so much so that the kids like to create their own flavors.

Problem with the order.
I ordered this product as a gift. It was stated that it was the ice cream maker with a "bonus ice cream freezer bowl". When it arrived - no bonus bowl was included. I sent an email which was not answered by the time I called Unbeatable Sale, Inc. After checking they said that they had made an error when they offered the bonus bowl. Instead of making it right and sending the bowl, they said I could send it back which of course I knew. It was a take it or leave it situation. As this was a gift for Christmas, I decided to keep it but I am not happy with this company. I don't know whether it makes good ice cream or not since I gave it away.

I have TWO!
I bought a second freezer bowl for my ice cream maker. I had to... my family flips out for my ice cream... I can't keep up!
The bowl is great - 24 hours and it's ready to go.

Cuisinart Freezer bowl
I bought this Cuisinart 1/2 quart freezer bowl for my Krups which is similar. However though it works with my Krups, it is slightly bigger and I had to buy the paddle as mine was slightly too small. Once I purchased the paddle, however, it all worked quite well. I love my krups and since it can no longer be purchased and I haven't found a replacement bowl on the web, this Cuisinart bowl with paddle works just fine.

I recently purchased the Cuisinart ice cream maker for my son which was of the same type. He loves it.
