Great for parmesan
Produces fine shavings as opposed to dust (as my other grater does). For large amount of cheese you need something else thouh.

NICE PRODUCT!
THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY ZESTER AT A VERY FAIR PRICE. I LOVE USING IT AND I'LL BET ANY COOK WOULD LOVE TO ADD IT TO THEIR GADGET DRAWER!

Microplane, yes!
If you've never used this type of zester to zest fruit - you are missing out. The difference between this and other types is night and day.

You get nice, fine zest and the balance is just right so that you don't get too much pith.

This item works really well. I used it to zest lemons and it worked much better than the other one I have. My only problem was that I didn't realize that the bottom edges would be so sharp and cut myself while cleaning it.

EXCELLENT grater and Made in U.S.A.!
This is REALLY and excellent product. Never did I think that grating lemon zest for desserts would be so easy. What is also important is the fact that this fine product is Made in U.S.A. (something we can all always trust)!I am waiting to get more,but it seems Amazon is out of them for over two months now. I wonder why?!
