FITFLOPS ARE GREAT!!
These run about a 1/2 size larger so get them accordingly. If you're an 8.5 get an 8 etc. My sister bought me a pair for Christmas and after a day they didn't really feel like they were doing anything but boy are they COMFORTABLE. Then my husband happened to say my rear was looking great so you know it... I bought 2 more pair in different colors.LOL =0) 2 THUMBS UP FOR THE FITFLOP. MORE IF I HAD 'EM. Plus the seller I used offered free shipping to boot. Quick about it too.

very comfortable
I bought these sandals about a month ago and found them so comfortable that I got another pair. They are formal enough to wear to work so I am using them all the time now. I haven't noticed a change in my muscle tone but maybe by the end of the summer I will. However, I don't count on just using these to get me skinny. They are no replacement for a sensible diet and exercise.

great comfy flip flops!
Yes, originally I got these because anything I can do to supplement my gym time trying to tame my chunky legs is great with me.

I have never noticed any leg soreness or toning from these shoes. I do work out regularly so I can't speak for someone who is starting an excercise regime by walking in these shoes. But I think the "workout" part of this shoe is sort of a hoax, that's why I gave it only 4 stars.

HOWEVER, they are by far the most comfortable pair of flip flops I have EVER owned! They are extremely supportive and very comfy, cushy and soft yet with a sturdy feel. I have weird feet, very wide with bunions and a high arch, and these fit me perfectly the first time. I have never had any kind of blisters with these! I am very surprised by the negative reviews, people who can't walk in these must never wear any kind of flip flop at all. Another great thing about these is, I have had them about a year and I wear them very often and they're in great shape. I think they'll last for many years which makes the price better. Fashion flip flops can cost this much and they can be flimsy little things and you're just paying for the logo. With these, you are getting a lot of substance and product for your money!!

I think they're great, very comfortable and supportive, and I'd highly recommend them!
