Rating: Date: 2008-04-27 EXCELLENT FOAM ROLLER~ Foam Rollers - Many Sizes
Great product. I have Chemical Sensitivity and was worried they might have some kind of chemical smell. But, no, they are completely fragrance-free! And I got the 6 X 36" size which is so functional for utilizing for straightening my back as well as work out moves. Wonderful!!! Rating: Date: 2008-04-04 Best item we have ever owned!! Can rid of our regular massages. My trainer introduced me to this product at the gym and loved it. I purchased it shared with my husband and he uses more than I do. We love it. Rating: Date: 2008-02-08 Useless Unless it is really High Density Foam I bought a 6"X36" white foam roller and within a few uses it started to lose its round shape wherever I "worked out" on it. I am not a heavy person (150 lbs) and I used it for maybe 15 min., 3 days a week. I thought it would "come back" - but it never did. I was very disappointed, obviously, because it was useless if it didn't maintain its high density shape. The product details never stated that there were different degrees of density of the foam (as I have found out now). I went to Dick's Sporting Goods and bought a GoFit red foam roller and it has maintained its shape now after dozens of workouts. I highly recommend that one but don't buy the products shown here.
P.S. A "good" foam roller really does wonders for deep tissue myofascia activation! |
