It's a filter allright.
There isn't much you can say about a replacement filter. It does its job, and it does it well. I'm giving it 4 stars because I had it running for +- a month, and I already have that "dead fish" smell that comes out when it's time to replace the filter. But once again, there isn't much that can go wrong with this! It comes neatly packed, so you just pop it out of the box, get it wet and it's ready! Rating:

Tip for a longer lasting HC-14 filter
This Replacement filter works perfectly on my Honeywell HCM-6000. I found that the filter will last longer if you flip it every other water fill up. This will not allow any one side to stay in the water too long and turn sour. |
