2500 gph pump is great
We have an Easy Set 18' x 4' pool. This is its second season. The original 1500 gph pump worked only intermittently this season, so I decided to replace it with a 2500gph pump. Wow, this pump really moves the water. It actually starts to collapse the hoses when you vacuum too. It's definately an improvement over the 1500gph pump. I just hope it lasts longer than the other pump.

Not a toy - pool accessory
This is a great, strong replacement pump for an above ground pool. NOTE that as a replacement, it does not come with the necessary conversion fittings for a smaller pool. I called the vendor, who was awesome in getting me set up with the right parts at a fair price.

Not happy
I would love to say that this pump is great but I never received it! I wasn't told until 10 days after ordering it that it wasn't available when the web site says it is. I am very dissappointed. I received the filters and now have no pump.

A 'must have' for 15' and above Intex Pools
I should have bought this pump years ago. It works like one you'd find in an in-ground pool. Terrific suction and you can clean your pool in a snap. I also bought the surface skimmer which cleans off the top of the pool in about 15 minutes! We don't use the hand held skimming net any more.

I just feel Intex should package this pump with all of their pools 15' and up because the 'toy pump' they package with it hardly circulates the water. 5 out of 5 from me!

Works really well
Krystal Klear Wet Set 2500 Gallon Intex Pool Filter Pump This pump really puts out the volume. It may have been too large for the pool I have however, it does the job and the water is clear and clean in just a few days. It doesn't have to run as long as a smaller model Love the job it does.
