This is tooooo...much fun!!!!!

This game is a hoot! It is like the other Karaoke Revolution video games, BUT this one has the judges from The Idol. Be prepared, the judges can be really, really harsh, even in your own livingroom, something we weren't quite prepared for. It is a great intergenerational activity. Almost all of the songs were familiar to everyone in our group, with the exception of my 11 year old granddaughter. But she will be knocking the judges dead in no time!

"If I'm being honest...."
In the words of Simon Cowell, "If I'm being honest..." I'd say that this is "brilliant"! We are having so much fun with this. I bought it for my daughter's 11th b'day. We already had SingStar karaoke which came with 2 microphones, and the original American Idol game, but we didn't know when we bought it that you needed a seperate microphone for it. We thought that we could use the microphones from our SingStar karaoke, so we were very disappointed that we couldn't play. It seems like we've been waiting for ages to use it, and now we are just having the best time! My 9 year old loves it too, and I love that they're having fun, while READING the lyrics at a pretty fast pace. It's secretly helping them while they're having fun! We used this for my daughter's 11th b'day party since it was a karaoke theme, and it was perfect! No need to hire an entertainer, this was more entertainment than we even had time for and everyone had fun! I like the option for just 'karaoke' too. That way if anyone is too sensitive for the judging, that can be quite harsh sometimes, they can just sing along without the fear of judgement. This is particularly good for the younger kids who can get pretty upset if they're not 'the best'. Great game. Great fun. Highly recommend.

Loads of fun for my daughter
I bought this game as gift for my teenage daughter. She absolutely loves it. She played it almost constantly for the first two days after receiving it. It has a pretty good selection of current songs and the Idol theme is very entertaining. I highly recommend it.

Someone should make a spanish karaoke game.
this game is lots of fun. the best part is that there is so many things to unlock such as characters, more songs, trophies, etc. lots of fun for the whole family. The only little flaw is that sometimes in paula's review it isnt her voice. i think its just pure laziness from the makers of the game, but still really cool game
