Next the cookware is put into an extremely high temperature industrial oven which bakes the coating into the surface. Great pan!
This is my second Lodge cast iron pan and I'm very happy with it. It grills both vegetables and meats well. Cleans easily. Pre-seasoning is a great feature.

I purchased one for myself and have since purchased two more for a wedding gift and a birthday gift. This gift will last forever and can be handed down for generations to come! I absolutely love mine!

Goodbye, Foreman Grill!
I love, love, love this pan! It has replaced my George Foreman Grill (sorry, George). It is much easier to clean and I believe the food is much tastier, not so dry.

great grill
Grilled food is just as good as cooking on the BBQ grill. I like Lodge products ... I own two fry pans, this grill and a dutch oven. I like the idea of cooking with cast iron although I still use my stainless and non-stick pans. My only concern with this grill is a lack of ventilation. We all know how smoky a BBQ grill can be and that's what happens in your house. I only have a 300 cfm microwave exhaust fan and it really didn't do the trick. I might try tenting with foil the next time I use it and try to better direct the smoke toward the fan.

Makes great steaks
So far all I have made in this grill pan is a steak. Could not believe how good it was. Something about cast iron that makes the food taste better. Very satisfied with this purchase.
