Lots of Fun!
This was a Christmas gift for my grand daughter. It is a very sturdy toy, and my grand daughter never gets tired of serving up her dolls and me some birthday cake. Every day is a different doll's birthday. Lots of fun for a 2-3 year old! The Velcro is great and really holds well, so a child can change the embellishments for the cake often, and it does not wear out! Rating:

I gave this to a 2 year-old although it says 3 and up. But he just loves it and enjoys playing with it. He certainly figured it out and finds it very entertaining. His 6 year-old sister also really likes it. Rating:

Its party time.
Where my son goes to therapy at they have this toy and the equalivent the pizza party one by Melissa and Doug. So I decided on this one for home. He loves it and so do my girls. There ages are 6,4,3. The only problem I forsee with this toy is the obvious. It has small parts that are going to get lost. The parts are not choking hazards (in my opinion) my kids know better. But, they are easy to get lost. I make my kids play with it at the kitchen table and I make sure they put everything up with they are done with it. We haven't lost anything yet! Rating:

Cake!
My two year old is obsessed with birthday cakes. She would make birthday cakes out of playdough and sing "happy birthday" When I saw this toy I had to get it for her for Christmas. She loves it, weve had it for 2 months and it is still going strong on almost daily play. Its so cute and durable - the paint doesnt even scratch. |
