just a little tough
The batter whips up alright but for some reason the pancakes are a little on the rubbery side- they were cooked per pkg directions.

Yuck!!
The reason I decided to purchase this item is because of the other positive reviews. But, after tasting it, I am not sure that the other reviews have ever tasted a real pancake! These are yellow in color, have a gritty texture, and a eggy taste, sort of like French toast (and I HATE French toast). I am sure the rest of the box will sit on the shelves until it expires.

Good Stuff, more expensive, but only a 3 carb pancake
Where else will you find a 3 carb pancake? Buy guar gum and make your own maple syrup with no carbs. More expensive, but, if you are watching carbs, try this item. The taste is not the same, but, once you doctor it up, it isn't half bad. Pretty good, infact.

Pancakes again
I can't say that these pancakes are the best I have ever had, but after not having any at all for awhile, they weren't bad!
