Makes Life Easier!
This is our second Reel Smart purchase, although this was a different model from the first. It has come in quite handy during the recent drought in our area, as we have been watering quite a bit. Knowing that we don't have to wind up the hose when we're done is a plus! The bonus is that our shrubs get watered as the hose reel cranks in the hose. The only disadvantage is that this model is lighter weight than the other, so the reel moves around more if you pull the hose too hard. It comes with stakes to put into the ground, so we'll have to attach these to see if we have better results. Rating:

Works but could be better
The hose reel works as advertised for me but I have 2 concerns. One minor one is the water it uses (not too much you can do about that). The second and a major complaint is that it is hard to unreel, it keeps pulling out of the ground stakes. I would prefer it put into a wall with lag bolts. My wife hates it but I like the fact that I don't have to manually reel it in. Rating:

Piece of Junk
Product v.poorly made. 2 plastic stakes intended to hold it to ground both snapped after less than 10' of hosepipe retracted. In addition all screws on spigots leak severely. This is unusable Rating:

It Works!!!
Works as advertised. Be patient. Hose retracts very slowly but it does the job. Would recommend to anyone. Great value. Rating:

Outstanding
If you have a long hose and are tired of cranking it in this is perfect have a 100' feet of hose and more often then not it did not get rewound now just the flick of a switch and its done
Use the water that come out of the return to water nearby flower beds so no waste and no work
