dont work
while the pull up part works great the ab straps are not useful as you wind up swinging too much which makes the exercise less effective

Great Product
Without these, my wrists would hurt when attempting this exercise on a pull-up bar. Well made...allows for higher reps since wrists don't give out. Well worth the money!
