Nice wasabi powder.
I use this mostly for mixing with mayo to make my own wasabi spread for sandwiches. I also put a little of it in my deviled eggs or egg salad. It has a nice fine texture and mixes well. My only comment is that I think that it could be a touch hotter. All-in-all a good product where a little goes a long ways.
