This is a perfect solution to a strenuous workout. Knead out the lactic acid build-up that accompanies your anaerobic efforts. Use this when a massage isn't available. When the going gets tough...Stick it out!

Great massage tool.
This massage stick is a great tool for massage after cycling. For what I use it for--primarily legs--it is a great size for everyday use and for travel

The Stick is Fantastic
