This thing is awesome and so worth more than a hundred bucks! You can do so many exercises on it without the hassle of changing weights. When you receive the package, all you have to do is put 3 screws in the T-leg, and you are ready to work up a good sweat, and get a superb workout.

For those who say it is not stable: They probably did something wrong. For those who said you can't put it under your bed: They must have their mattresses on the floor. Once you pop out the foot-plate, and the handle bar, it can't be higher than 1 1/2 inches high.

I love it exponentially and use it every other day, the other days I walk.

This is the best $100 bucks I have spent in a while....what is that about 10 gallons of gas?

Great piece of equipment
This is about the best thing I've ever done for myself! And it was on sale, too ~ with shipping, it only cost $133.00! You can't beat that. Wanted a Total Gym, but the price for what you got was rediculous. This is very well made, a few pieces to assemble ~ easy, and you're on your way! I love it! Don't think twice about this purchase ~ you won't find anything comparable.

I'm so glad I got it ...and not the total gym
This ,machine works so well for my purposes. I'm rebuilding my leg muscles after an injury which really weakened the muscles. I was going to buy a Total Gym machine, but the company seems to be run by people who really coerce and pressure you in order to sell their product. I discovered this Total Body Works machine on-line. It works just like the Total Gym machine. It arrived with a little damage from shipping which didn't affect function at all, and this company was so honorable the offered to replace it free of charge or refund my shipping if i wanted. I could tell I was in good hands with them.

Great Deal for the price
This product works great and was very easy to assemble (there are only a few things to attach). My only complaints are that it is a little difficult to extend out into the fully extended position and there is a giant emblem on the pad that tries to make it look like it is some kind of hardcore workout machine. Other that those two minor things, it really gives a good workout, fits into small spaces well and is easy to move around.

I am impressed with the heavy duty construction and smooth solid action of the total bodyworks 5000.if you want a great workout without spending hundreds of dollars,this is it.it takes up a bit more space than I expected but that is a small price to pay for the benefits.
