A lot of money to waste
During its first use, I felt some heat generated by the action of the product. However, after that first use, I never felt anything else. The manufacturer swears that you should not detect heat in the first place, so the fact that I was feeling nothing was "normal". I've read up on ultrasounds, and that's not suppose to be the case. They would not accept a return, even though it was during the return period. So I'm out the money for a worthless electronic device. It does make a nice buzzing noise though. :(

I am from Canada ,i got neck pain,shoulder pain,arm pain,back pain all my muscle pain for about 3 years , i only can sleep in 2-3 hour a day .My neck can't turn to right and left,sometime pain killer do nothing for me ! have been spend a few thousand for treatment !

I used to therapy for my shoulder and neck in first day,not all my pain can relief yet. But,i can see the improvement just the day one ! my neck and shoulder muscle become softer ,tension gone about 50% ,my neck also can turn to right and left slowly and Pain relief about 40% !

Nice portable ultrasound with good relief.
2 months ago I paid more than twice for this product($199)! I am not happy with the price going lower after my purchase, but I have to say I love the product and it does a good job. Medical Products Online whom I bought the product from also has great customer service. I love the travel case the unit came in. It's VERY portable and lightweight. You might want to think about buying some extra ultrasound gel, since what you get is a small amount.

Didn't work for me
It didn't work for me. It claims to create "deep penetrating heat" though the only heat I felt was generated by the electronics of the device and not the vibration of molecules in the tissue as claimed. The amount of heat is similar to that which might be generated by a battery powered screw driver or drill. Not much. I felt that the only massage I got from this device owed to the movement of my hand as I ran it across the muscles. Exactly what you'd get if you pressed and rubbed any object across the muscle. I don't think my unit was defective per se as water drops placed on the head of the device "atomized" just as the manual claimed they should. Ultrasonic massage may work in general but I suspect this model comes up short due to a lack of power. Very disappointed.

AMAZING LITTLE GADGET
HAD SUFFERED WITH PLANATAR FACITIS FOR MONTHS, HOPING IT WOULD GO AWAY. I READ ABOUT ULTRASOUND AS A FIX. THIS UNIT LOOKED WORTH A TRY. FIRST TIME I USED IT (20 MINUTES ON MY HEEL). I STOOD UP AND STRECHED MY LEG AND HEARD/FELT A LOUD POP FROM MY ANKLE. SUDDENLY, HEEL FELT BETTER. GOT UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO GO TO BATHROOM AND REALIZED THAT THE SHOOTING PAIN IN MY FOOT WASN'T THERE (FIRST TIME IN MONTHS!!!!). THIS DAMN THING IS AMAZING!!!! WIFE USED ON HER ARM FOR HER TENNIS ELBOW AND HAS FOUND THE PAIN GREATLY REDUCED. IT'S SO WEIRD, YOU HOLD THE DEVICE ON THE AREA AND YOU DON'T FEEL A THING, I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS WORKING. WOW, WAS I WRONG.
